What haunts (lost futures) is the spectre of a world in which all the marvels of communicative technology could be combined with a sense of solidarity much stronger than anything social democracy could muster. — Mark Fisher, Ghosts of My Life

Submissions will be judged based on Avant-garde-ness, how well they fit the themes and effort. Our goal is to have artworks which will directly or indirectly inspire the designers of the runway show and these criteria are meant to reflect that. We encourage you to be creative and have fun with it!
Lastly, all submissions must be made by you and are to be licensed under a
copyleft license, so that they can be freely
used and remixed by anyone, including the runway designers.
Winners
The following works were chosen as winners in July.
"Prime Tower becomes Green Tower, a vertical greenhouse, producing fresh food for Zürchers while bringing nature back into the heart of the city." — Green Tower by pewpew.design
"Solar Punk Fashion is about sustainability, DIY clothing, self-expression and fusion with nature." — Fashion of future by Alisija
"The dress was inspired by my sofa, which often has one side elongated to stretch your legs on the sofa. This sketch shows a material that is light but sturdy to provide support and hug while walking, just like you would hug a baby. The dress also thinks about protection from the sun." — Heat stroke protecting Outfit in 2047 by Kami
"Since I have moved to Zürich I fell in love with the beautiful landscape surrounding the city. A place that especially stands out to me was the nature preserve surrounding lake Katzensee. It is place where I can relax and enjoy my time with nature. Therefore I thought of how this area could further develop especially the farmland surrounding it. First I went there to make some primary sketches and photos. In the second phase I started drawing on canvas with acrylic. In the last step I scanned this art and continued on procreate on my IPad. In my acrylic drawing the region around the lake now also offers sustainable ways of harvesting energy and the nature reserve was expended offering a home to wildlife and a place for people to meet and get a pause from the busy city." — Katzensee by Max Grün
"It's very sketchy but I had fun tonight :')" — cold dream by Pitteloud Hugo
"A dispatch from Zurich, 2047. Some things changed. Some things didn't. The trains are still annoyingly punctual." — even the matcha by Bev Hale
